The Sissies at the Academy in number 3 are so very fortunate to have parents, girlfriends, wives and daddies, that care so very much for them, that they would send them to a school where they could go from being failed males to happy contented females. Why on earth would they want to try and "Fake" being boys when they could live comfortably as a wife, girlfriend, concubine or daughter?
The Sissy in number 11 should be thrilled to have a Mistress who enjoys seeing her Sissy with Permed or Roller set tresses. A Sissy servant should thrive on being extra Girly.
