I have begun a story from a similar perspective. An aspiring Sissy, still lives, in a femininely appointed guest room, with his ex-girlfriend. She has taken a handful of new lovers. Four to be exact. She's a well-off GYN, playing the field. Each of the lovers begins to insist that the Sissy become more feminine so that he doesn't seem to be a "Threat" or competition to then. You can imagine where this ends up.
