In Stepford, sissies are sent to the "Sissy Academy" where boys are turned into girls. They are feminized and trained in all of the skills needed to make their husband happy. They are GPS chipped and have a permanent tracking and training collar. At the end of their training, they are auctioned off and are taken by their husband to their "forever home".
