"What was that, young man? I thought that little paddling you just had made it very clear to you that patients will be still and quiet during their exams here."

"I'm s-sorry Ma'am!"
"Good enough. Now, I will do the prostate exam on you. If you yelp or make any other sound, we will redo the exam until you manage to be quiet, understood?" She says as she goes to stand behind him...
