This photo has always been one of my favorites. Auntie and Mommy have removed any of the masculine hopes and dreams that he may have had. When they found him at the Orphanage, he was a frail young man who was known as the "runt". Never picked to participate in team sports ( due to his lack of height and athletic skills), his diminished self esteem was evident when the two women decided that he would be perfect for their project. They had several older men interested in a younger companion ( after he turned 18). These men were looking for an 18 year sissy who had never been with a woman. Mommy and Auntie might decide to home school the sissy. Beauty School might also be an option for the petite girly boy. He would be surrounded by women 24/7.
Total immersion, surrounding a feminized child by females 24/7, is an ideal way to transform a sissy. Beauty school is always a wonderful option of course.
