Parents outraged after drag queen speaks to students during "Career Day"

Would you be okay with this? I myself have no issue with this, since she came to speak about bullying and tolerance and not about adult sexual related subjects, but I'm interested to know what you folks think?

  1. Would these outraged parents stop their children from going to a Pantomime that features the ugly sisters? (traditionally played by men)... Or to watch a performance of Peter Pan? (a boy typically played by a girl).

Do these outraged parents know the difference between a drag queen, a transvestite and a transsexual?

I suspect not. The outraged parents need educating on the fact that being a drag queen is a career choice... and quite a lucrative one for some.

    1. Spot on PJ, crossdressing is really nothing new to children's programming. It's on their cartoon shows, live action shows on Nickolodean and Disney Channel, they think this drag queen is going to speak to children about what the parents see secretly on their favorite adult fetish website and that is not what this lady (Jessica) was going to do.
