My guess is not often. I'm sure he will be paying constant lip service to her during the week but on Sunday mornings between 10 and 12 you will find him in just his boy chaser crop top his chastity cage and a tiara. Chained to the local grinder toilet, bottom up. I'm sure he would much rather be pitching than catching but we don't always get what we want. Locals have noticed a marked increase in men walking there dogs and quite a few cyclists as well.
Pitching is a good term for the sissy. Not lasting nearly as long as real men did in the past, almost always leaving the job unfinished, and still needing 5 days before he can try again.
