In a possible future due to the shift in gender power structure men have become the 'weaker' gender. Fewer women want to be in relationship with a man; however, this has left straight wealthy men (who are now in decline) to seek a new type of 'woman.' The New Order had a perfect solution.
It appears the Brand New Woman is quite comfortable with her alterations and pleased that the Nurse is putting lipstick on her.
